General Provisions

You must be at least thirteen years of age to use our website. Use of this website is at your own risk. We host our site on a reputable platform and take reasonable efforts to maintain and host the site. However, we make no explicit representations or warranties as to the safety or your individual use of the website. The terms, conditions and privacy policy contained on this page is subject to change at any time.

Common Thread Collective is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website, subscribers to our newsletters, webinar registrants, Admission program members, course purchasers and those providing contact information. In addition, Common Thread Collective is opposed to unauthorized commercial e-mail delivery, otherwise known as spam.

Common Thread Collective is not associated with or makes claim to be affiliated with any Instagram programs, Facebook programs, Youtube programs, or Instagram themselves, Facebook themselves, or Youtube themselves. It is your responsibility and yours alone to follow and comply with Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube rules and guidelines.

Your access to and use of the site may be terminated at any time for any reason by you or by us.

Admission Membership:

Admission provides business training services in the form of Webinars, Audio and/or Visual Presentations, and periodic personal coaching and evaluation in exchange for a Program or Course Fee. Your access to such Programs is made conditional on payment of such Program of Course Fee.

Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Memberships are available for purchase. Depending on which option you choose, the amount shall be charged out on an annual, quartlery, or monthly basis until canceled. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within the first 30 days from purchase.

Cancellation requests for month-to-month Admission members must be made 10 days before your billing date. We cannot refund month-to-month fees unless we are notified within 24 hours of the charges to your account.

Cancellation of membership shall result in removal from the personal online portal, private community groups, and access to all training material.

All refund or cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]

Admission Hiring Center, 1-On-1 Coaching Sessions:
Note that time slots are at a premium and are often booked days or weeks in advance. If you reschedule, you are essentially taking two-time slots. If you cancel, that spot is often not fillable at the last minute.

As a result, appointments cannot be rescheduled, and cancellations will not be refunded. If a new time is needed, payment will be required for that second meeting time as well.

ADmission Self-serve Courses:
Digital, self-serve courses are available for purchase on this website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days.

When requesting a refund you must provide the email that you used to purchase the course or membership, and you may be required to provide proof of purchase depending on your payment method.

Admission Events:
Your purchase of a ticket to an in-person event is non-refundable. Each specific product, service, course or event will specify its own refund policy.
